PlanLine is operated by Kubix Ltd (Kubix EOOD), the legal entity responsible for the Service. This Privacy Policy explains how Kubix Ltd collects, uses, and safeguards your personal information when you use PlanLine.

By using PlanLine, you acknowledge the data practices described in this policy. Where specific processing requires your consent (such as marketing communications), we will ask for it separately and explicitly.

Account Information

When you register, we collect your name, email address, and account credentials necessary to create and maintain your account.

Project and Workspace Data

We store the project data you create within PlanLine, including tasks, timelines, RACI assignments, sections, and team member information you enter.

Usage Information

We may collect information about how you interact with the Service, including feature usage patterns, to improve the product. This data is anonymised and aggregated where possible.

Technical Information

Standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, and device information may be collected for security and operational purposes.

We use your information solely to:

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected. The following specific periods apply:

• •Account data (name, email, profile) — retained while your account is active; deleted or anonymised within 90 days of account closure or a verified deletion request.
• •Workspace and project data — retained while the workspace is active; deleted within 90 days of workspace closure or account deletion request.
• •Waitlist data (with marketing consent) — retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion, or a maximum of 3 years from signup if no further engagement.
• •Waitlist data (no marketing consent) — email stored only to prevent duplicate signups; deleted within 12 months of the signup date if no product account is created.
• •Billing records (invoices, transaction history) — retained for 7 years from the date of the transaction in accordance with applicable accounting and tax law.
• •Support communications — retained for up to 2 years after the last message in the thread.
• •Browser preferences (localStorage) — stored in your browser only; removed immediately if you choose "Necessary only" in Cookie settings, or when you clear site data.

6. Third-Party Services

PlanLine uses a small number of trusted third-party services to operate:

• •Base44 — our application platform provider, responsible for hosting, database storage, authentication, and backend function execution.
• •Stripe — for payment processing. Stripe has its own privacy policy and handles payment data independently.
• •Brevo (Sendinblue) — for email communications. Only used for users who have explicitly opted in to product updates.
• •Resend — for transactional emails (account notifications, invitations).
• •Infrastructure / CDN providers — for hosting and content delivery, operating under strict data processing agreements.

These providers are only given access to the minimum data necessary to perform their function.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
